And since it's kind of difficult to write when you don't have an easily accessible keyboard, which is the medium I prefer, I'm just going to update you through my recent Instagram posts.
I work at a preschool these days. I say "these days" like I've actually started but I haven't. I was supposed to but my fingerprint clearance hasn't come through yet. So I'm waiting. And while waiting I decided that it's actually okay to wear stretchy pants. I don't know exactly when or why it became such an ordeal and then eventually somewhat socially unacceptable but it's whatever. They're comfortable and do cover me. Some people wear crocs, some people (me) wear stretchy pants. And I don't even care what other people have to say about it.
This is my girl Sister Poppe (or Sister Poppdizzlemyfizzle as I like to call her) and me after we had dinner on P-day.
She is my Tina Fey and I am her Amy Poehler.
We were in the MTC at the same time and lived together when we first came to Mesa. She saved my life. Seriously. I had a right go about with my first companion. We had late night talk which were actually more like debriefings and laughed until rivers ran down our faces. She will take over the world someday. After she converts the whole face of Mesa. I have no doubts.
