"I gave it my best half-hearted shot."

I just spent a third of my bank account on a road bike and bike equipment. 

It cost me four hundred dollars. Just for the bike. 

The first ride was 12 miles (or so) ride and I learned

that I've got some tennis elbow going on.

I've always been big on the idea of following my heart.

And maximizing passion. Not only is this fulfilling, but it's also pretty fun. 

Which is  exactly how I wound up with a blue and yellow road bike. 

But even if this doesn't work out for me, don't I owe it to myself to look in the mirror and confidently say, you know what, I gave it my best half-hearted shot?

Because I'm giving it my best half-hearted shot.
